Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Economic Shipping: 3–7 days tailoring + 12–15 days shipping

Standard Shipping: 3–7 days tailoring + 5–10 days shipping

Express Shipping: 3–7 days tailoring + 4–6 days shipping

Each item requires a 3–7 day production period. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Expedited shipping options are available for select orders. For detailed shipping fee inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue. For quicker return or exchange processing, send us an email with your order number, contact details, and photos or videos of the problem (if available). Please retain all items and their original packaging until your claim is finalized.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your order. You may request a refund if you return your items within this period.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original state-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of any debris. Merchandise should be in its original packaging, with all tags attached and any cellophane wraps or seals intact. Returns will not be accepted if tags have been removed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Additional Terms

• For non-seller-related issues (e.g., fit problems, change of mind, purchasing multiple items to try and keeping only one), the buyer is responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20%–50% will also be charged, depending on the specific situation.
• While fit issues are generally not the seller’s responsibility, we offer partial reimbursement for local tailoring costs (up to 20% of the product’s purchase price) to provide better service.
• Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized products, underwear, rush order services, sale items, and gift cards are excluded from returns.
