We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For returns that are not our fault, such as fit issues or a change of mind, the customer pays all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% to 50% may apply.
To allow us to help you faster with a return or exchange, please email your order number, contact information, and photos or videos showing the issue. Hold onto all items and packaging until your case is closed.
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, reach out to service@gracins.com within 15 days of purchase.
Return Process
Please contact us for instructions and the correct return address before returning an item.
Returned items must be in their original condition and resalable. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.
Refund Instructions
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Although size issues are generally not our responsibility, we may cover up to 20% of the item price to help with local alteration costs.
The shipping fee you pay is already subsidized. If a refund occurs, the actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs will be deducted.
Certain types cannot be returned: rushed orders, insurance, virtual products, tips, lingerie, color swatches, and disposable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gifts
If the item was sent to you directly as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after returning it; otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
