Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Additional Terms
- For non-seller-related issues (e.g., fit problems, change of mind, purchasing multiple items to try and keeping only one), the buyer is responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20%–50% will also be charged, depending on the specific situation.
- While fit issues are generally not the seller’s responsibility, we offer partial reimbursement for local tailoring costs (up to 20% of the product’s purchase price) to provide better service.
- Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized products, underwear, rush order services, sale items, and gift cards are excluded from returns.
For more details, please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please wear underwear for measurement.
